The ROLE:
We are seeking Self Employed/Subcontracted Cleaner for a bank hours role who will be ready to pick up casual hours - accountable to undertake general and specific cleaning tasks/jobs when our team requires cover for holiday, sick leave, or emergency cover.
This position exists due to the continuous growth of the company, which means we require quality cleaning operatives on standby to support us when we need them the most.
Cover Cleaning Operatives must produce the best cleaning standards possible each time – as a business, we benefit from the success of whoever fills this position by achieving total client satisfaction
You will receive a site induction and uniform before attending any site. You will be expected to cover a variety of sites from Offices, Schools, and Hospitality across Worcestershire
You Must:
Have the right to work in the UK.
Hold or be willing to obtain a valid DBS.
Be at least 18 years old.
Need to be a car owner/driver.
Have a valid professional indemnity insurance
Be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
SHIFT TO COVER (Depending on your availability to pick up Casual Hours)
Mon-Sun (8:00 - 22:00)
