My client a leading data consultancy, and they are currently looking for Data Engineers to join their fast growing team. They are growing and are winning big projects focusing on cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP). They work with big data like Impala, Hadoop, Hive and also SQL and Python. The ideal candidate will be passionate developing ETL pipelines and working with new exciting technologies, will be a good team player and keen on learning and progressing.
This is a permanent salaried position paying between £40,000 - £65,000 depending on the strength of your skill-set, working mainly remote with occasional travel to client's sites (only 1-2x/month in Leeds) and offers great benefits such as the opportunity to work for a fast growing company, with fun working environment and the opportunity to progress and get training. Junior but very keen on learning candidates will be considered.
Minimum qualifications required:
- Strong experience developing ETL pipelines
- Strong experience with SQL and Python
- Exposure to Azure / AWS / GCP
- Excellent communication skills
