Calling all Approved Electricians in Lincolnshire!!

We need an experienced Approved Electrician to join our talented and busy Voids Maintenance team based in Lincolnshire and covering this area delivering Void Property maintenance and refurbishment. If you thrive on finding solutions, giving great customer service, delivering end-to-end job completion right first time, and enjoy working in a team environment - we would love to hear from you!

What could you be doing?

You will play an important part of a busy team delivering properties to the required Lettable Standard for our customers. Your work will be varied; from maintenance to full rewires, no day will be the same!

We want somebody who can:

A team player, you’ll be hard working and keen to learn with a can-do attitude. You’ll be working in people’s homes, so you’ll need to be friendly and approachable with good communication skills. You’ll also need to be organised and recognise the importance of delivering good customer service.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
  • City and Guilds 2391 or equivalent in testing and inspection
  • 18th Edition regulation is desirable but not essential
  • Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting
  • Experience of working in property maintenance for a social Landlord, Housing Association or Council.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A full driving licence
  • As you will be working within Customer’s homes this role requires a DBS check.

There is also the opportunity to earn additional from being on the out of hours rota as required.

  • The advertised salary is based on a base salary for electricians of £36,861 per annum with average OTE earnings of up to £1,900 per annum achieved from the out of hours on-call allowance and voluntary overtime. This role does require work on the out of hours rota.
