My client is a leading Financial Services business looking for a seasoned Business Analyst to join their client portal team. The portal team is responsible for the maintenance of client/customer portals which includes ensuring they meet security requirements.

While working as a Client Portal Business Analyst you will:

• Support the build of the future product backlog and manage the deliverables using Jira & Confluence.
• Help drive the successful portal launch and subsequent roll out and migration.
• Carry out analysis to identify any existing portal maintenance and security requirements, detailing the requirements and work with the developer to deliver the requirements.
• Create high level and detailed functional and technical designs, build, document, test and support the implementation of portal components as required.
• Facilitate the testing and release of portal solutions and the handover of systems to support.
• Deliver portal solutions that meet the existing change management processes.
• Work closely with other business analysts to share ideas and best practice.

Skills and experience:

• Business Analyst with strong experience of technology projects within Financial Services
• Comprehensive web based client/customer portal experience is essential
• Experience working with web/portal technologies including Content Management Solutions, Sharepoint and/or C#.NETMVC
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life-cycle
• Working in an Agile environment, JIRA and Confluence experience will be advantageous.
