About the role

Our Sales Associates are the key people in our stores; the first point contact with our customers. You’ll be an important part of the store team! This role requires a candidate who is available to work: days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Flexibility is required while we are happy to work with the candidate around school or another role.

Your day will involve

• Customer Service; creating a great shopping experience
• Replenishing the store
• Housekeeping
• Visual standards
• Learning, developing and sharing your product knowledge
• Being a Brand Ambassador!

Who are we? At 360+ stores globally and over 3000 employees we are a leading outdoor retailer, with an always-evolving attitude. We launched in Canada in 2013, and now have just under 50 stores.
