Production Engineer, West of Hull, salary C £35,000 + bonus, healthcare + other benefits.
We have an interesting opportunity for a Production Engineer to join a well-established company with a global reputation for innovation, excellence and outstanding customer service.
As part of their expansion, they are looking to appoint a Production Engineer to join their team.
The role of Production Engineer will involve.
· Developing efficient systems, processes and machines that result in high-quality products
· Determining the most efficient operations, based on requirements.
· Evaluating manufacturing processes, developing effective automated and non-automated systems and testing new and existing production procedures
· Integration of new products into production
· Design for manufacture
· Generating SOP’s, test specifications and relevant production documentation
· Operator Training
What we are looking for in a Production Engineer
· Qualified at least to HND level with a mechanical engineering bias or be a time served Manufacturing Engineer and will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of continuous improvement.
