Service Care Solutions are recruiting for Band 7 Pharmacists within London. Contract duration is 3 months with the likelihood of extension.

This is a full-time placement with 37.5 hours per week available, however Part-time applications will also be considered.

Job Purpose: Pharmacists

Pay Rate: £30.00 - £32.00 Umbrella p/h + 250 WELCOME BONUS

Location: London

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30 (Flexibility and Part - Time will be considered)



Key Responsibilities:

• General Pharmacist Duties
• Perform face-to-face medication review of patients with polypharmacy especially for older people, people in residential care homes and those with multiple co- morbidities
• Patient facing / over the phone medicine support.
• Ward experience needed

The successful candidate will hold a suitable qualification and GpHC registration and will have experience working within the NHS or Hospital environment. They must have experience/awareness of the breadth of common acute and long-term conditions that are likely to be seen in a general medical practice

Candidates must hold an independent prescribing qualification.
