About the role
Join our Housing Needs Team to support the delivery of high-quality housing services to residents of Charnwood.
We are recruiting a Housing Options Assistant.
This role offers a rewarding opportunity to help prevent, relieve and reduce homelessness, by triaging enquiries for the housing options service and assisting households to access advice, support and accommodation services.
We are looking for a positive individual with strong communication and team working skills and previous experience of customer service and administration services, preferably in an organisation that delivers housing advice, homelessness or related services.
