Electricians
Meridian are after Electricians to start on various projects in Manchester City Centre doing temporary lighting. Our client is a national M&E contractor that works for some of the largest main contractors in the UK on medium to large commercial projects. Their office is based in Salford so ideally that will be somewhere the applicant can commute to and from. The ideal candidate will have a JIB Electrician Gold Card and experience of installing temp lighting.
The work involves 110v temp lighting installation on commercial projects including large new build residential, office and commercial space and student accommodation. Once settled there is potential for a company van to be provided so a driving licence is preferred. The hourly rate is £22ph before the offer of moving onto price work with temps regularly earning over £1,000p/w and the work is ongoing into 2024.
