Job Description

Bailey Employment Services Ltd are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Goole.
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor. The main purpose of the role is to contact existing customers and maintain a relationship with them. Following up and answering queries and checking and arranging collections when required.
Skills & Experience required
  • Strong administrator
  • Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills including the use of Excel and other Microsoft Applications
  • Able to work in a busy environment
  • Be friendly, approachable, and reactive to the customer's needs
  • Ability to spend 85% of the day will be spent on the phone Making 30-50 calls per day to current customers
  • Ability to appropriately question customers to gain information

Pay, Hours & Benefits
  • 9 am to 5 pm
  • Monday to Friday
  • Full-time hours (37.5 hours per week)
  • This is temporary to go permanent following a successful trial period
  • £10.77 per hour (£21000 a year)
