Job Description

Bailey Employment Services Ltd are recruiting on behalf of their client based in Goole.

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor. The main purpose of the role is to contact existing customers and maintain a relationship with them. Following up and answering queries and checking and arranging collections when required.

Skills & Experience required

Strong administrator
Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Strong IT skills including the use of Excel and other Microsoft Applications
Able to work in a busy environment
Be friendly, approachable, and reactive to the customer's needs
Ability to spend 85% of the day will be spent on the phone Making 30-50 calls per day to current customers
Ability to appropriately question customers to gain information

Pay, Hours & Benefits

9 am to 5 pm
Monday to Friday
Full-time hours (37.5 hours per week)
This is temporary to go permanent following a successful trial period
£10.77 per hour (£21000 a year)
