This is a new and exciting opportunity for a Corporate Paralegal to join a specialist law firm just out the outskirts of Leeds. You must have some previous corporate/commercial experience within a law firm but in return you will get to be part of a successful team where you career will really take off. Working closely with a solicitor and another paralegal this varied role will include Company Sales, Mergers and Acquisitions, Company Restructures and Commercial Agreements.

This Corporate Paralegal role will provide you with a long-term career development, a clear career structure and the opportunity for a training contract in the future is a real possibility for the right candidate. Based towards the east of Leeds and due to limited public transport options it would be preferable for you to drive or live very locally. The firm is located close to the M1 and there is on-site parking.
