Our client, a regional Legal 500 law firm with a fantastic reputation, is looking for a commercial property solicitor to join its growing team, based at any of three offices across West and North Yorkshire.

The firm is offering this role as a fixed-term contract of 6-12 months in the first instance, but there is also strong potential for a permanent position within this market leading firm, due to the continued growth of the team.
As well as a competitive salary, the role comes with flexitime and the option to work from home for part of your week.

The team currently consists of a senior associate, solicitor, trainee and legal assistant covering a broad spectrum of commercial property work, including sales and purchases, secured lending and acquisition finance.
In the role, you will advise commercial landlords and tenants, major national banks, GPs, social housing providers and secondary lenders.

The department sits within a wider division comprising litigation, corporate, private client and other legal practice areas, so there will be plenty of opportunity to work on a variety of client relationships across the business.

The firm has a fantastic reputation in the market and an impressive roster of clients spanning all sectors but has carved out a niche for itself in the digital tech space, working with interesting businesses on commercialising and protecting their IP on a global scale.
