My client is a progressive and successful law firm with an impressive presence in the Yorkshire region. Due to their ongoing growth, there is capacity in their Leeds city centre office to welcome a skilled Clinical Negligence Chartered Legal Executive into the friendly team. It is envisaged that you will ideally have between 1-3 years' experience either exclusively or predominantly in managing a claimant clinical negligence caseload and keen to further enhance your career in this area.
As a Clinical Negligence Chartered Legal Executive, you'll need to be a critical thinker with outstanding client care skills, running an average caseload of 40 cases and be confident dealing with matters at all stages, from taking instruction to the archiving process. As a valued member of this specialist team, you will use your excellent technical knowledge to achieve the best outcome for each client whether this is a high- value complex case or smaller straight-forward claim, managing each one with the greatest level of sensitivity.
It's essential that you are able to run your desk in the most efficient way in order to meet strict deadlines and have a strong eye for detail even whilst under pressure. Being able to work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive and collegiate team is paramount to the continued success of this exceptional team.
